REFUND POLICY

The refund and rebate is a convenient process within the company. The money for the product which has been bought by you can be reimbursed within 7 days of the purchase of the product. There are some simplistic rules for the refund of every product.

You can return the product under the given circumstances

  1. The article you received has some misplaced parts or is dismantled.
  2. You disapprove the product or reconsidering buying the product.
  3. You have received something else in the place of what you ordered.

Terms and conditions for the refund policy are as follows:

  • To get the full refund of the product the product should be in a genuine condition and be with its indigenous packing. The product should be handled adequately or should not be dismantled from anywhere. Also affix the receipt of purchase done of the product within the period of 7 days.
  • The products which are bought in the clearance sale, promotional events or with the gift cards are not applicable to be exchanged.
  • The original shipping cost of the product is further retrieved from the refund amount.
  • In the event of your order being shipped and not yet dispatched. You can get in touch with the sales and support executives and ask for cancellation at earliest.
  • If you have made your mind to cancel the order do not accept the parcel if it has been dispatched and inform the sales executive at earliest.
  • Once your article is delivered back to the company it will further take 3-4 days business days for the verification of the product, packing and the refund of the product.
  • The refund days of the product may add to another 2-3 business days depending upon the means of payment of the refund or the product borrowed.
